Had a great experience here for my birthday dinner.  Got the customize menu with half seafood and beef, everything from great to amazing.  Reserve your seats ahead of time and ask for the special menu.  I believe the menu we got came with a total of 13 courses, my personal favorite was the Uni Niku and King Crab Salad, it ends the course with bone marrow rice that make sure you leave with a full stomach. This restaurant is local inside a Hilton building, free under ground parking.  With the price of $125, is a complete steal in today's market.  Highly recommend Omaniku for your special dinner.

Came here for dinner and was impressed. Its rare to see tasting menus like this in the SGV so I am glad this place opened so I can splurge here and there. We made dinner reservations at 730pm and were seated promptly. You have 2 options - Beef or Seafood tasting menu. The menu says you need to reserve the seafood at least a day in advance but we were still offered that option when we got seated. We both got beef though.I won't go over the entire 13 courses but everything was incredible. All the meats were tender, juicy and tasty. My favorite bites were the Uni with Beef and the A5 Wagyu. I was pretty stuffed at the end of the meal. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that their knifes are super dull. Wish it was sharper to cut them meats.

I came here for my fiancé's birthday and it was the best experience! Our serve Dora, she is the best!! Dora is so sweet and very attentive in taking care of us and presenting our food. We had beef course and seafood course and everything is excellent. We enjoy every dish and leaving with a happy tummy :)
